We offer secure and trusted checkout using Yoco as our payment merchant service provider. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard or direct payments via bank transfer (EFT)

Currently, we ship within South Africa only.

We offer R0.00 for 2-3 day express shipping. For an order over R0.00 shipping will be free.

When your order shipped, you will receive an email with a Dawn Wing tracking link.

We typically ship orders in 3-5 days.

We care about your happiness and satisfaction. Prints in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 10 working days of delivery.

Note shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged we will send you a replacement at no extra charge! Please send an email to: email address and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging label so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.

Returns Procedure: Please send an email to shop@tfdecor.co.za (or reply to your order confirmation email) indicating your order number and the item you would like to return. Our customer support team will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to arrange for return of the item.

Currently, we do not offer framing. However, if you need assistance with the framing of your print, please contact us: shop@tfdecor.co.za
