Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, sales, and public holidays. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
We offer R100.00 2-3 day express shipping. Free shipping for orders over R2000.00, unless otherwise stated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your product arrives damaged we will send you a replacement at no extra charge! Please send an email to: order@tfdecor.co.za and include: 1) a picture of the delivered item showing the damaged area and 2) a picture of the packaging label so that we can determine whether the damage occurred during shipment or production. Please DO NOT return or refuse delivery of the damaged items.
